Audits, Reviews and Compilations
Audits – Audits afford the highest level of reliability provided by certified public accountants. Nathan D. Benn, CPA provides an independent objective opinion of the financial statements of a company with procedures that includes verification of information with those individuals with whom the company transacts business – customers, bankers, lessors, vendors, and attorneys. The application of General Accepted Accounting Principles in both the way the transactions are recorded and disclosed are included in an audit.

Reviews – A Review is a level of service that results in an expression of limited assurance. Nathan D. Benn, CPA communicates this limited assurance in a report stating that the reviewer is not aware of any material modifications that should be made to the financial statements in order for them to be in conformity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. We perform sufficient inquiry and procedures to give a reasonable basis for that conclusion.

Compilations – Nathan D. Benn, CPA can present - in the form of financial statements - information that is the representation of management (owners) without undertaking to express any assurance on the statements. These statements are considered compilations.
